3 Steps Early Learning is a family owned service that focuses on creating a safe, loving and nurturing environment where children feel at home.

We are looking for passionate and inspiring Educators to be a part of our beautiful boutique family owned service in Shellharbour. Our service operates between 7:30am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing strong positive communicating skills, both verbal and written;
- The ability to warmly and professionally communicate with young children and their families;
- Creating, planning and implementing quality educational programs;




- Assisting in the daily routines and how to make them more effective during learning;
- Ensuring children are a part of a warm and stimulating environment that will support their development.

We are looking for you if you…

- Hold a Certificate III or Diploma or are interested in a traineeship
- Hold a current Working with Children’s Check;
- Have a strong understanding of the Children’s Services Regulations, Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS);
- Hold a First Aid, Asthma, Anaphylaxis Certificate (or willing to obtain);
- Are motivated, committed and be an all round team player
