Eagers Automotive, representing BYD at Springwood and Capalaba, is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to be the main touchpoint between customers and the service department. You will greet customers, schedule appointments, prepare repair orders and keep customers informed on progress.
You should have prior Service Advisor or customer service experience, excellent communication, solid organisational and time‑management skills, and a valid driver’s licence.
