Tobin King Lateef is a boutique law firm based in Brisbane CBD with a long-standing reputation of over 42 years. Our Property & Commercial team continues to experience strong growth, and we are seeking a post-graduate lawyer or Conveyancing Paralegal with 2–3 years’ experience to join our growing team.

You will be exposed to a broad range of matters, including:

- Residential and commercial property transactions across Queensland
- Property developments, including off-the-plan projects and subdivisions
- Preparing commercial and retail leases, including negotiations, renewals and variations
- Put and call options, nominations and ancillary agreements





Experience in all of the above is not essential, we value eagerness to learn just as much as experience!

You will work closely with an exceptional mentor who has over 25 years’ experience in the industry, with a wealth of practical knowledge. You’ll be guided, supported, and given the opportunity to build deep expertise and confidence as a property lawyer/conveyancing paralegal.

About You:

2–3 years PAE

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

Enthusiastic, proactive and professional

Able to work independently and as part of a close-knit team

Genuine interest in property/conveyancing law and long-term growth
