General Pants Co is seeking a Senior Sales Assistant for our Shellharbour store to drive the GP energy, open and close the store, and lead a small team on the floor. You will focus on delivering authentic customer connections and achieving sales targets through energetic, on-brand service.
You will mentor colleagues, manage visual merchandising, and act as the on-shift point of contact for questions and issues, while supporting control of stock and loss prevention.
