You'll be trusted by the partners and directors to run your portfolio how you like, be involved in firm wide strategies, and mold into an integral factor to the firms existing, and future plans. Key Responsibilities





- Deliver strategic advice on tax planning, business structuring, and growth strategies
- Identify opportunities to improve client outcomes, including cashflow, profitability, and asset protection
- Review financial statements, tax returns, and compliance work prepared by intermediate & senior accountants
- Manage and mentor junior and senior team members
- Assist with workflow management
- Support the partners in developing recent business opportunities, internal systems, processes, and service delivery

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

- 6+ years of experience working in an Australian accounting firm
- CA or CPA qualifications
- Strong advisory skills and a proven track record in providing value-added services
- Natural leadership skills and a commercial approach to your work
- A proactive approach to client relationships and business development
