We're looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist to bring expertise in forecasting, inventory planning and commercial procurement to support the next stage of our growth.

THE ROLE
Working closely with our Procurement Manager, you'll lead procurement planning, inventory optimisation and commercial analysis to ensure Active Medical has the right products, at the right time and at the right cost.
You'll use data and commercial insights to influence procurement decisions, strengthen supplier performance and improve business profitability.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Procurement Planning - Accurately forecast demand and optimise inventory.
Commercial Analysis - Drive cost savings and improve commercial performance.
Supplier Management - Build supplier relationships, negotiate pricing and support sourcing.
Continuous Improvement - Strengthen and enhance procurement systems, processes and governance.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING
Expertise: 5+ years' experience in procurement, supply chain/sourcing and inventory planning, with strong commercial and analytical capability.
Negotiation Skills: Expert in Procurement Negotiations with proven record of achieving cost savings and value outcomes.
Technical Capability: Experience using procurement or ERP systems (NetSuite highly regarded).
Collaborative Approach: Humble, team player who builds strong relationships and works effectively across all levels of the business.
Continuous Improvement Mindset: Passionate about improving systems, processes and commercial outcomes.
