Now, Regal is looking for experienced Leading Hands to contribute to project delivery.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and executing landscaping and civil tasks with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency. You will play an integral role in delivering high standard projects while contributing to the training and development of other team members.

Your expertise and leadership will ensure the smooth operation of daily site activities, the professional development of the team, and the successful delivery of projects that meet or exceed client expectations.

We would love to hear from you if:

- You have a Certificate in Landscape Trade or a similar field, with experience in a commerciallandscaping environment.




- You currently have a Valid Driver’s License.
- You have Verification of Competency (VOC) in operating relevant plant and equipment (Desirable).
- You are a strong leader and have organisational skills with the ability to manage teams and coordinate effectively.
- You have a sound understanding of safety practices and the ability to implement them on-site.
- Are a proactive, experienced and passionate Leading Hand, who can mentor junior team members
