What you'll be doing

Provision of timely and efficient administrative support to the team / department in line with current Mid North Coast Local Health District policies and procedures.

About You

You are a professional and dependable administration support officer with strong communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to work effectively with colleagues, stakeholders and customers in a collaborative team setting. You are committed to providing high-quality administrative support and take pride in delivering accurate, efficient and timely outcomes.
With excellent organisational skills, you are adept at managing competing priorities, meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail across a variety of administrative responsibilities. You are confident in undertaking diverse clerical and administrative tasks while ensuring accuracy and professionalism in all aspects of your work. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook, you utilise technology effectively to support business operations and contribute to the smooth running of day-to-day activities. Adaptable and reliable, you consistently demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to supporting team and organisational objectives.
