One of Australia's most successful organisations is currently seeking a highly skilled Release, Delivery and Environment Manager with expertise across all facets of IT (applications, infrastructure and ideally cloud) to join their growing team.

As the IT Release and Environments Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful integration, stability and availability of all IT environments, and will play a pivotal role in successful and timely project delivery. Your primary focus will be on managing these environments, release cycles, and on-time projects, while maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive information.

Responsibilities:

- Strategy and enforcement of engineering standards and best practice
- Preparing and managing technical changes
- Lead the release management process, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and secure deployments.




- Develop and implement IT change and release strategies that align with IT best practices.
- Manage identity and access management systems, ensuring proper authentication and authorization protocols.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define release schedules and priorities.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to protect against potential security threats.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- Proven experience in Release Management, preferably in cloud / devops
- Robust understanding ofinfrastructure and networking
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with CAB and stakeholder management skills.

In addition to this, exceptional problem solving skills are essential!
