Aether Brewing has spent twelve years building one of Brisbane's most-loved independent breweries — premium beer, brewed at Northgate, poured and stocked by the venues and bottle shops that actually care about good beer. We do things our own way and we win because the beer is exceptional and the people behind it give a damn. That's where you come in.

We're growing our sales team and looking for a rep who's equal parts hunter and host: someone who can open doors across SEQ's hospitality scene, build relationships that outlast any promo, and represent the brand at tastings, events and festivals like it's their own — because at Aether, it will be.

What your week looks like:

On the road across Brisbane and SEQ — venues, independent bottle shops, hospitality groups.

Winning current taps and fridges, and making the ones we have pour faster.

Running tastings, training venue staff, and telling the Aether story face-to-face.

Owning your territory, your pipeline and your numbers — with a tight team behind you.

Who you are:

Sales experience in beverage, hospitality or FMCG — or the hunger and people skills to make up for it.

A genuine craft beer enthusiast who can talk beer with anyone from a first-timer to top tier F&B; managers.

Self-driven, organised, and accountable to your numbers.

Driver's licence essential; RSA (or willing to get one).
