We're seeking an experienced lawyer with commercial leasing and property experience to join LOD and work on assignment with an in-house legal team supporting a large organisation with a significant property portfolio. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of leasing matters while providing strategic legal advice that supports important organisational outcomes.

You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and business leaders, delivering practical, solutions-focused legal advice. If you’re a lawyer who enjoys enjoys autonomy, stakeholder engagement and quality work, this is an excellent opportunity for you!

The Prospect

- reviewing, negotiating and drafting leases across a broad property portfolio;
- advising on leasing strategy, risk management and compliance obligations; and
- working collaboratively with business stakeholders and managing matters independently while balancing competing priorities.

About You





- at least 4 years' post-qualification experience gained in private practice, in-house, or a combination of both;
- strong experience in commercial leasing and property law;
- well-developed commercial acumen and the ability to provide practical, risk-based legal advice; and
- excellent drafting, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
