About the Role
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Graphic Designer to play a key role in a global marketing team, creating campaign assets across our Australia, UK, and USA regions. This is a full-time, in-house position based in Southport, Gold Coast, QLD, where you'll help shape how Knotwood shows up across every market we operate in.
Where you'll make an impact At Knotwood, every detail matters. From the way a product is presented to the way a campaign is launched, design plays a major role in shaping how people experience our brand.
As Graphic Designer, you will help maintain the quality and consistency of Knotwood's visual identity across product launches, digital campaigns, sales collateral, presentations, social media, signage, print materials, trade show assets, and internal communications - across all three regions we operate in.
You will be working across multiple product ranges and brand touchpoints, helping ensure every piece of creative reflects the standard, polish, and design intent expected of Knotwood. This role suits someone who understands premium design, moves quickly,
thinks commercially, and can translate product, architectural, and lifestyle messaging into beautiful, effective creative assets.
Responsibilities
- Brand, campaign and product design
- Design and produce assets for marketing campaigns across digital and print, including social media graphics, EDMs, brochures, technical sheets, presentations, signage, and advertisements.
- Work closely with the marketing team to contribute to and execute campaign initiatives across all three regions.
- Work within existing brand guidelines while helping evolve Knotwood's visual presentation across multiple channels.
- Support product and campaign marketing from concept through launch, trade promotion, and ongoing marketing.
- Assist with the design of internal documents, capability statements, award submissions, recruitment materials, and presentations.
- Creative production and coordination.
- Prepare artwork for print, digital, web, and social media use.
- Create collateral in collaboration with influencers, partner brands, printers, suppliers, agencies, and external creative partners within the industry.
- Ensure all assets are accurate, polished, on-brand, and delivered to required deadlines.
- Maintain organised file systems, templates, brand assets, image libraries, and campaign resources.
- Assist with resizing, formatting, retouching, layout refinement,
and final artwork preparation.
- Product, architecture and premium brand marketing
- Translate technical, architectural, and product information into clear and visually compelling materials.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure product details are accurately represented.
- Help communicate the quality, design intent, and durability of Knotwood products.
- Ensure all creative output aligns with Knotwood's brand guidelines across Australia, the UK, and the USA.
- Contribute ideas that strengthen how Knotwood presents itself across market-facing materials.
About You
2-3+ years' industry experience in a graphic design role, agency or in-house.
A strong portfolio demonstrating range, precision, and versatility across digital and print.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong eye for grammar and tone.
Solid attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines across regions.
A collaborative attitude, commercial mindset, and eagerness to grow within a global team.
Full-time, in-house role only.
Australian work rights required for this position.
Photography and videography skills (not essential).
Exposure to or experience with EDM platforms (e.g. Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar).
Experience with Figma, Canva, or motion graphics.
Experience with video editing.
Experience with 3D rendering.
