The opportunity
As a Software Engineer,you'llhelp build,integrateandsupport the applications, databases and automation that keepWarrigal running. Working across the full software developmentlifecycle,you'llturn solution designs intosecure,reliableand scalable software,whilemaintainingand improving the systems our teamsrely on every day.
You'll work closely with the broaderIT team including solutions architect, analysts, vendors andstakeholders to deliver practical technology solutions, leadsoftware development and integration activities, and help improvethe performance, reliability and security of our applications.You'll also share your technical expertise with the team andcontribute to continually improving the way we develop and supportour digital services.

The requirements | What ittakes to do this work
- 10+ yearsDemonstratedexperience in software engineering, enterprise applications,digital transformation, or related technologyenvironments.
- Relevant tertiary qualificationin IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, orequivalent industry experience.
- Strong experience deliveringsecure, scalable technology solutions that align with businessneeds and enterprise architecture.
- Solid knowledge of enterpriseapplications, system integrations, dataflowsandbusiness process automation.
- Experience working across thefull software development lifecycle, from solution designthrough to implementation,deploymentand ongoingsupport.
- Excellent communication andstakeholder management skills, with the ability to workeffectively with business stakeholders,vendorsandtechnical teams.
- A sound understanding of ITservice management, governance,riskandcompliance.
- Ability to travel to Warrigalsites to support implementations, training, troubleshooting,stakeholder engagement, and operationalactivities.
- Experience in aged care,healthcare, or other regulatedindustries.
- Knowledge of aged careprocesses, clinical systems, and regulatoryrequirements.
- Experience with Microsofttechnologies, including Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID,SharePoint, and Power Platform.
- Experience with low-code andconfiguration-based platforms.
- Relevant certifications inMicrosoft technologies, ITIL, project management, changemanagement, or businesstransformation.
- Experience working in outsourcedIT environments and managing external serviceproviders.
- Exposure to enterprise platformssuch as Epicor, Dayforce,CareVision, MYOBPayGlobal,Telstra Health,BestMed, or similarsystems.
- Experience in data, reporting,analytics, and information managementsolutions.
