Sheridans Hard Rock Quarry Pty Ltd – Hernani NSW

We are looking for an experienced Loader Operator to perform a range of duties at our quarry, including:

Loading Truck and Dogs

Feeding fixed plant crushing equipment

Excavator operation

Communicating between the Logistics Coordinator and Production Manager to ensure customer needs and production targets are met.

You will play a crucial role in our daily operations, ensuring that raw materials are extracted, processed, and delivered safely and efficiently. You will work as part of a dedicated team, operating a range of heavy machinery, and maintaining high standards of safety and productivity.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Operation of wheel loaders, excavators and various other mobile equipment and processing plant
- Conducting pre-start checks, routine maintenance, and reporting any faults or issues with machinery.
- Assisting with the setup, monitoring, and adjustment of crushing and screening equipment.
- Working closely with supervisors and team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
