The role:
- Successfully manage a portfolio of properties (typically up to 65 buildings and 600 lots)
- Communicate proactively with clients and stakeholders via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings
- Prepare for, host, and chair Annual General and Executive Committee meetings
- Handle financial reporting, including general accounting and budgeting
- Manage the invoicing of levies and service charges, and implement arrears collection strategies
- Coordinate maintenance tasks and strictly enforce rules and by-laws
- Mentor other members within your POD and assist with general secretarial tasks
About you:
- Minimum 12 months of experience in a similar Strata Management role
- Strong working knowledge of current strata legislation
- Self-motivated with excellent organisational and time management skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive team player who genuinely enjoys building positive relationships
- Experience utilising PropertyIQ is highly advantageous
- Current Strata Management Licence or Certificate of Registration
