An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Wagga Wagga operations.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing our residential building and land development activities while managing a small, dedicated team. The successful applicant will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and to the high standards our customers expect.

About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for:

Managing the day-to-day operations of our Wagga office.

Leading and supporting a small team of construction, sales and administration staff.

Strong knowledge of residential estimating, including proficiency in DataBuild and or other estimating software, pricing and contract administration.

Overseeing the construction of residential homes from commencement through to completion.

Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and project schedules.

Monitoring quality, safety, budgets, and timelines.

Working closely with clients to ensure a positive building experience.





Assisting with the delivery of our residential land development projects.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with trades, consultants, councils, and service authorities.

Driving continuous improvement across all aspects of the business.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

A solid background in residential building and construction.

Previous experience in a supervisory, construction management, or operations management role.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Excellent communication and organisational abilities.

A practical approach to problem solving and decision making.

Sound knowledge of residential construction practices and relevant legislation.

The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and quality outcomes.

Experience in land development or civil infrastructure projects will be highly regarded but is not essential.
