SDN Children’s Services is seeking a Case Worker for the Families Together program to provide intensive, family‑centred support across Southeast Sydney, the Inner West and the Sutherland Shire. You will manage 7–9 families, conduct home visits, assess strengths and risks, and coordinate referrals to improve child safety and family functioning.

The role emphasizes culturally responsive, trauma‑informed practice, collaboration with partners, and ongoing career development.
