What would I be doing?
As aPlacement andMarketing Officer,you will support job seekers to find meaningful employment through building relationships with employers and promoting the benefits ofan inclusive workplace.
Youwilltake the time tounderstand the unique talents of each job seeker,while matching them to the needs of employers and the workplaces.Youwillbe comfortable with cold calling, meeting employersin person andfocusingon:
Developing andmaintainingstrong relationships with jobseekers andsupport themtoachieve their career goals and transition to stable employment.
Proactively building relationships with employersbyunderstandingtheirhiringneeds and providing tailoredworkforcesolutions, includingjob seeker introductions.
Engagingwithemployer forums,build professionalnetworks andmaintainstrongknowledge of the labour market conditionsand trends.
