About the Role

As a Property Manager, you'll manage your own portfolio while being supported by an experienced team, dedicated administration support and proven systems.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing a residential portfolio
- Delivering exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants
- Building long-term relationships with clients through proactive communication
- Conducting routine inspections and leasing inspections
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs efficiently
- Preparing properties for lease and overseeing marketing campaigns
- Negotiating lease renewals and rent reviews
- Working collaboratively with our Sales, Leasing and Administration teams

About You

We're looking for someone who is positive, organised and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

You will have:

- Previous Property Management experience (preferred)
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- High attention to detail
- A genuine desire to build a long-term career
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle




- The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
