The role - available on a casual basis (around 25 to 30 hours over 4 days) - at the Redbrick Hotel, boasts a distinctive charm and features a seafood restaurant providing full table service in a relaxed yet qualified atmosphere. Additionally, we offer a cosy bar and gaming room.

Skills and Experience includes

- a minimum of a year in a supervisory / management role in the industry
- proficiency in both food and beverage services
- a strong understanding of wagering and gaming




- can reliably ensure the smooth running of the hotel's operations during shifts
- proficiency in completing cash reconciliations on an accurate and timely basis
- proactively supervises team members by providing clear and consistent guidance, ensuring adherence to standards, and promoting a harmonious team atmosphere
- flexible availability on days, nights, weekends and public holiday, when the business requires
- possess current RMLV, RSA & RSG and willing to obtain their Approved Manager's Licence
