About the Role

As a Trade Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while helping customers find the right products and solutions for their needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Providing outstanding customer service both in-store and over the phone
- Processing sales transactions, quotes, and customer orders
- Promoting current products,



services, and special offers
- Assisting customers with product recommendations and technical advice
- Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally
- Maintaining merchandising standards and store presentation
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs
- Contributing to individual and store sales targets

About You

- Experience working with tools, construction products, building materials, automotive products, or industrial equipment is highly regarded
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A genuine interest in tools, power tools, and trade-related products
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Motivation to learn, grow, and develop your career
