Forklift Operator / Production operator / Process worker

Process Worker / Forklift Driver NX Blue are seeking experienced Forklift operators/labourer maintenance process works to join a globally recognised manufacturer of commercial, medical and industrial Gas products.

This role is heavily focused on developing understanding, application of ongoing training and development of skills onsite. The right candidate will be given ample opportunity to develop their standing within the company for long term progression and Full time employment consideration.

Candidates who have previously worked in a production environment or in trades/ maintenance are strongly encouraged to apply.

YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:

- Sorting, inspection and prefilling of gas cylinders.
- Loading/Unloading of inbound & outbound trucks.
- Constant training in interpretation of gas cylinder labelling.
- Completion of associated paperwork inbound/outbound product.
- Counterbalance forklift operation.




- Ongoing training will form part of your daily responsibilities, a excellent chance to gain new skills.
- Maintenance and repairs of gas cylinders in Maintenance department

WHAT WE’R LOOKING FOR:

- Previous production, warehousing or trades experience.
- 2 years' experience operating a forklift for loading/unloading.
- Valid LF Ticket
- Ability to pass a full medical with ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
- Industry suitable national police check.

THE RIGHT CANDIDATE...

- Flexibility to work across a rotating shift and multiple departments
- Strong focus on workplace safety and maintaining WHS practices.
- Physical capability of regularly lifting 15-20kg.
- Comfortability working in a team environment.
- Own PPE on hand incl. long sleeve hi-vis shirt, long pants, and steel cap boots. This will be replaced/issued with work PPE after initial start period.
