Conveyancing Paralegal (QLD)

We're looking for an energetic and confident Conveyancing Paralegal to join our growing Queensland team at Dott & Crossitt. If you're passionate about conveyancing, delivering exceptional client experiences and thrive in a quick-paced, people-focused environment, this could be the role for you.

At Dott & Crossitt, we're not just about settlements - we're about redefining what an exceptional conveyancing experience looks like. We're seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to lead complex residential, commercial and off-the-plan transactions, guiding clients with confidence and delivering outcomes with precision.

What You'll Do

- Run the end-to-end management of residential, commercial and off-the-plan conveyancing files.

- Prepare and review contracts, clearly explaining complex legal terms to clients.





- Conduct thorough property searches and investigations to identify any potential legal issues or restrictions on title.

- Maintain a strong working knowledge of QLD property legislation, compliance and process.

- Liaise with clients, agents, brokers, lenders and solicitors. You're the hub that keeps everything moving.

- Drive smooth, timely settlements through PEXA and digital platforms.

- Collaborate effectively with other members of the QLD team and broader business to ensure the efficient handling of cases.

- Ensure compliance with property law, regulations and internal procedures.

- Monitor risks, report concerns and contribute to continuous process improvements.

- Build a genuine, varied caseload where every day brings something different - no two files are the same.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum 2-3 years conveyancing experience.

- Strong understanding of QLD property law, regulations and conveyancing procedures.

- Strong command of PEXA and conveyancing tools (triConvey highly regarded).

- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.

- A natural communicator who thrives under pressure and puts clients first.

- Tech-savvy, organised and driven to deliver high-quality outcomes, every time.
