This is a varied, hands-on position where no two days are the same. You'll be involved in retail sales, customer service, pump repairs, workshop duties and assisting customers with selecting and designing water systems.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and technical advice.
- Selling pumps, irrigation products and associated equipment.
- Assisting customers with pump selection, flow rates and system design.
- Diagnosing faults and carrying out pump repairs and maintenance.
- Receiving and dispatching stock.
- Picking and packing customer orders.
- Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse and showroom.
- Assisting with stock control and inventory.
- Working closely with the workshop and sales team.

About the Candidate
We're looking for a motivated and experienced Pump Sales & Service Technician to join our growing team., Ideally you will have:
- Experience in pumps, irrigation, plumbing, rural supplies or a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of pump systems, flow rates, pressure and system design.
- Experience diagnosing and repairing pumps (preferred).
- Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Good computer skills.
- A current manual driver's licence.
