We are seeking a motivated and multilingual Sales Representative, fluent in Korean and Mandarin to join our growing Sales team. The ideal candidate is confident in sourcing for new customers and contribute to driving sales growth by utilising various channels. Ideally, you will have working experience in the fashion industry and wholesale business. This role requires excellent interpersonal skill with strong customer-focused attitude, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Proactively promote and sell products or services to current and existing customers.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other communication channels to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information.
- Build and maintain strong relationship with customer, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty.




- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
