A well-regarded commercial fitout contractor based in the South Sydney area is looking for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of their project portfolio. They deliver high-quality fitouts for some of Australia's most recognisable brands, working across retail and commercial sectors on projects that run nationally.

This is not an entry-level step-up role. You've been a PM for at least five years, you know how fitout works, and you're comfortable leading projects from award through to handover without a lot of oversight.

The Role:

End-to-end delivery of commercial fitout projects for national brand clients

Managing subcontractors, programme, budget, and client relationships

Working in live environments with strict access requirements and tight deadlines

Overseeing contract administration, variations, and progress claims

About You:

Around five years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial fitout

Proficiency in Procore,



Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel

Comfortable working across retail and commercial environments, including live sites

You understand the pace and precision these environments demand

Commercially sharp, client-facing, and confident on site

Sydney based and happy to travel nationally when required
