The role

- Client Advice & Strategy: Deliver tailored and holistic advice across all areas of financial planning.
- Client Management: Nurture and manage an existing client base, ensuring ongoing engagement, regular reviews, and retention.
- Business Growth: Proactively identify new opportunities within the existing client base as well as referral networks to expand the advice function and support long term growth of the advice practice.
- Advice Delivery: Oversee and in conjunction with your adviser support team, prepare and present, compliant and high‑quality Statements of Advice (SOAs) and Records of Advice (ROAs)

The Person

- The Senior Financial Adviser: You are a highly experienced professional, potentially looking to transition your own client base into a larger practice that offers support, operational efficiency, and a clear path to equity.
- The Established Financial Adviser:



You possess strong technical capabilities and solid experience managing holistic advice. You are confident taking over some existing clients and leveraging your networking skills to convert new business.
- The Emerging Financial Adviser: You have successfully completed your Skilled Year (PY) and are ready to step into a broader advice role. You are ambitious, and eager to fast‑track your career within a structured, growth‑focused environment.

Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Compliant FASEA qualifications
- Registration: Must have financial planning experience and currently listed on the Financial Advisers Register (FAR)
- Systems: MS Office skills. Experience utilising Adviser Logic is highly regarded.
- Attributes: Growth oriented, passionate, proactive, possess exceptional relationship building skills and attention to detail.
