Community 3SIX5 is seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to support participants with complex needs in Redlands, QLD, on a casual basis. This role offers versatile shifts across a 7-day roster and pays from $45.28 per hour.

You will provide person-centred care, assist with daily living activities, and implement Behaviour Support Plans, working with families and therapists to promote independence and community participation.
