Your Time to Shine
As the System Analyst - Student Applications, you'll play a key role in shaping and supporting the systems that underpin the student journey, from application through to offer and enrolment. Working closely with the Student Experience directorate, you'll be a trusted partner, ensuring critical business systems are reliable, effective, and continuously delivering value.
You'll combine technical expertise, business insight, and a customer-focused approach to support and enhance student application and admissions systems. From resolving incidents and service requests to identifying opportunities for improvement, you'll help create seamless experiences for students and staff alike.
This is an opportunity to make an impact on the student experience by supporting the systems that help thousands of prospective students begin their journey.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience supporting enterprise applications and solutions, including incident and service request management, technical troubleshooting, escalation support, and day-to-day system administration.
- Ability to manage data views, reports, records, process documentation and guidelines, with sound knowledge of student applications, admissions, offers and event management processes.
- Robust communication, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage competing priorities, and apply ITIL or equivalent service support practices.
What You Need to Know
A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services is required before employment.
