Key responsibilities
- Partner with the Project Director to lead the design and delivery of complex healthcare projects.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, stakeholders and the wider project team to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Represent the practice confidently in client meetings, workshops and presentations.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to develop thoughtful, innovative and high-quality design solutions.
- Bring a genuine passion for architecture,
combining healthcare expertise with a broad design perspective and curiosity across all project types.
Skills and experience
- Minimum 5 years' post-graduate experience with proven expertise delivering healthcare projects.
- Strong understanding of Australian Health Facility Guidelines (AusHFG), healthcare planning, spatial relationships and operational workflows.
- Proficient in Revit and dRofus, with experience using visualisation tools such as Enscape or Lumion highly regarded.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, consultants and multidisciplinary teams.
- A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused mindset, with a passion for continuous learning, innovation and professional growth.
- Master of Architecture (or equivalent) and a genuine passion for architecture, combining healthcare expertise with broader design curiosity.
