Monadelphous is seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to join our Mackay Operations Team, supporting a shutdown in Blackwater from Aug to Sept 2026. This in office role focuses on driving safety performance and building strong client relationships across the site.

You will deliver HSE advice, promote standards, ensure legal compliance, and lead inductions, toolbox talks and training sessions, contributing to a safe work environment and project success.
