My Choice My Support (MCMS) invites applications for a Disability Support Worker to assist people with disability at home and in the community. You will provide personal care, daily living support and participate in community activities, using your own insured vehicle where needed.
The role requires weekday daytime availability, solid communication, confidentiality, and commitment to NDIA standards. A training package will be provided; prior experience in disability or aged care is valued.
