Alloggio is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our Byron Bay team and take care of a premium portfolio of holiday apartments and homes — all based right here in Byron Bay.

This isn’t a desk-bound, same-same role. It’s hands-on, people-focused, and perfect for someone who loves variety, relationships, and being part of a locally proud team backed by a national brand

About the Role

You’ll manage your own Byron Bay-based holiday portfolio, working closely with owners, guests, cleaners, and contractors to keep properties performing and holidays running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Deliver Outstanding Property Care: From inspections, repairs, maintenance, presentation you’ll ensure every property is kept in excellent condition.

Develop Solid Owner Relations: In this role you will be a direct point of contract for property owners. You will develop trustworthy, strong and lasting relationships.

Vendor Management: Effectively manage a wide range of contractors/trades people to ensure specialised repairs,



maintenance and services are conducted and as needed.

Enhance Client Experiences: Manage the experience of in-house owners and guests alike by handling their requests, issues or disputes.

Holiday Operations Team – Liaise and coordinate with the Holiday Manager and Front Office team to ensure a smooth and seamless guest and owner experience.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in property management, preferably in short-term rentals.

Exceptional people skills with the ability to build and maintain strong local relationships.

Strong organisational skills to manage multiple properties, priorities, and tasks.

Experience conducting property related repairs.

A growth mindset with the ability to spot opportunities to improve property presentation and performance.
