We are looking for an experienced Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our team at AJQ on a 12 months contract basis based in Canberra.
About the role
AJQ is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our team on a contract basis. This is a strategic role that will be crucial in designing, implementing, and maintaining our robust IT infrastructure systems.
You will be responsible for implementing, manage and retire infrastructure (including physical, virtual, networking and cloud infrastructure) that supports digital services.
What you'll be doing
Configure and maintain multiple infrastructure environments, both on premises and cloud
Provide support to deployment and integration activities
Use experience in Linux and/or Windows server environments to ensure appropriate installation/de-installation of secure environments.
Create and maintain system build documentation and configuration baselines
Use specialised knowledge to provide input into operational readiness and acceptance criteria.
Ideal if you have
Demonstrated experience in system administration across secure IT environments
Experience with networking, storage and virtualisation technologies.
Must be NV1 Cleared.
