Join our Residential Aged Care team at our Bray Park facility and play a vital role in delivering person-centred care that promotes dignity, independence and quality of life for our residents.

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will provide a high level of clinical and personal care, administer medications under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, monitor residents wellbeing, and contribute to the development and implementation of care plans. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality care.

What We're Looking For

- Current Enrolled Nurse registration with AHPRA
- Demonstrated clinical nursing skills within the Enrolled Nurse scope of practice




- Ability to administer medications under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
- Experience observing, monitoring, documenting and reporting changes in resident health and wellbeing ""-
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to contribute to and implement resident care plans
- Experience working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Understanding of Continuous Quality Improvement principles
- Commitment to Workplace Health and Safety practices
- A person-centred approach to care that respects residents' privacy, dignity and choice

A Valuable Addition, Yet Not a Must-Have!

- Previous experience working within Residential Aged Care
- Experience supporting staff orientation, coaching or supervision
- Knowledge of aged care quality standards and accreditation requirements
- Experience using electronic clinical documentation systems
- Current Enrolled Nurse Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination status (or as required by legislation and WMQ policy)
- Relevant probity checks required by legislation and WMQ Limited policy
