About the Role
As a Production Operator / Pick Packer, you'll play an important role in ensuring our products are manufactured, packed and dispatched accurately and efficiently. Working as part of a supportive team, you'll help maintain high standards of quality, safety and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate production equipment and machinery safely (training provided where required).
- Assemble, label and package products to specification.
- Load and unload materials and finished goods.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organised and secure work environment.
- Assist with stock movements and inventory control.
- Follow protected work procedures and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
- Has previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing or production (preferred but not essential).
- Has experience with pick packing and order preparation.
- Is physically fit and comfortable performing manual handling tasks.
- Has strong attention to detail and takes pride in producing quality work.
- Works well both independently and as part of a team.
- Has a positive attitude, strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
- Holds a current forklift licence (highly regarded but not essential).
