You will join a structured two-year graduate development program, designed to accelerate your professional growth through hands‑on experience, meaningful business projects, and exposure to end‑to‑end operations. Rotations will span key functional areas including Aftermarket and Supply Chain, Construction Industries, and the Resources sector, providing broad commercial insight and cross‑functional experience.

Throughout the program, you will develop core business skills such as stakeholder management, analytical problem-solving, data‑informed decision‑making, and commercial acumen, supported by mentoring, formal learning, and on‑the‑job development.

On successful completion of the program, graduates are guaranteed permanent placement, setting the foundation for continued career progression within the organisation.

To be successful, you will:

- Be a recent graduate (0-2 years) or in your final year of a Business‑related degree
- Demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills
- Show an interest in operations, supply chain, or industrial markets
- Be proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced setting

Application Requirements:
Applicants must attach their academic transcript (an unofficial transcript is accepted if graduation is pending) and are encouraged to complete a cover letter. Successful applicants will be invited to attend a video interview, followed by an engagement centre, interview and to meet other Graduates and Program Sponsors in late June 2026.
