Reliable, level headed, punctual and organised.

Deliver high quality dishes, consistently well, in a fast-paced, busy environment.

Following and enforcing workplace health and safety requirement.

Working with head chef to meet the food and kitchen budget.

Must have own car

Willing to work mornings 6am - 2pm Friday, Saturday & Sunday, evenings Monday & Tuesday 2pm - 9pm.

This role is looking after the high tea, Experience as a in high teawill be of a distinct advantage, but a great attitude and reliability is a must.
