Austroad Linemarking is a new and rapidly growing linemarking business based in North Brisbane in Geebung. We have consistent and ongoing work with a range of sectors, including major road construction projects and government maintenance. The Directors are involved onsite in the daily operations and are committed to delivering quality outcomes safely and efficiently.
Due to our continued growth, we are seeking experienced hardworking general labourers, traffic controllers and linemarkers to join our team. On-the-job training will be provided, with opportunities for career development and advancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with shift operations, operate crew trucks and linemarking plant
- Carry out basic traffic control duties on local roads
- Carry out remarking of existing lines
- Operate linemarking trucks and associated equipment
- Set out and install recent linemarking, including both longitudinal and transverse markings
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality and team leadership
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements

What We’re Looking For
- Strong teamwork, leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret plans and set out linemarking accurately
- Experience operating linemarking trucks and related plant (desirable)
- Willingness to travel for regional work, including nights and weekends
- Commitment to a zero-tolerance drug and alcohol policy
- Ability to undergo inductions and pre-employment medicals
Licences and Qualifications (or willingness to obtain):
- White Card (Construction Induction)
- Traffic Management - TMI and TC desirable
