Postino Osteria in Summer hill, is a charming neighbourhood eatery that brings warmth of an Italian osteria to Sydney's Inner West. Inspired by the convival spirit of traditional Italian dining. Postino offers a muni rich in regional flavours, handmade pasta, and seasonal ingredients, paired with a carefully curated wine list. Postino has a welcoming atmosphere and heartfelt hospitality, it is a great place to gather, share and savour the simple joys of great food and good company.

What’s involved:

As an Apprentice Chef,



you will learn alongside qualified Chefs, mastering fresh pasta, traditional techniques and kitchen fundamentals. Expect hands-on learning, a fast-paced setting and the opportunity to grow within a team that values excellence and tradition. Assist in the food prep and cooking, learning from dedicated chefs and maintain kicthen cleanliness and efficiency.

To suit this role, you will be an eager and motivated individual with a passion for food looking to kick-start your culinary career! You will have good communication skills, seek out opportunities to learn and show initiative in your everyday duties.

In order to be eligible for an apprenticeship in NSW you must be either an:

- Australian Permanent Residency
- New Zealand Passport Holder residing in Australia for more than six months.
