We are embarking on an exciting organisation-wide digital transformation that will modernise how our people, systems and processes work together and we are seeking an experienced Workforce Management Transformation Lead to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering this change.

Why This Role Matters

As the Workforce Management Transformation Lead, you will bridge strategy, operations and technology.

You will translate frontline needs, operational realities and organisational priorities into practical, system-enabled solutions across:

- Workforce planning and rostering
- Time and attendance
- Payroll inputs and controls
- Workforce data and visibility
- Standardised processes across multiple sites

Working closely with Operations, People & Culture, Payroll, Finance, IT, the Systems Transformation Program team and our implementation partners, you will ensure the solution is not only technically sound, but also practical, adoptable and aligned with our goal of creating more time to care.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the Workforce Management workstream from discovery and design through to testing, deployment and go-live support.
- Design and implement a future workforce operating model, including processes, roles, controls and data flows.
- Engage stakeholders to gather requirements, facilitate workshops and drive informed decision‑making.
- Partner with vendors and technology teams to ensure solutions meet business and operational needs.
- Oversee workforce processes that support payroll accuracy, compliance and reliable workforce data.
- Support data migration, testing, payroll validation, cutover planning and hypercare activities.




- Drive change adoption through training, process documentation and stakeholder engagement.
- Track and deliver measurable outcomes including improved payroll accuracy, reduced administration, enhanced reporting and better roster visibility.

About You

You are an experienced transformation leader who enjoys bringing structure to complexity and turning strategy into practical outcomes.

You understand that successful transformation is not simply about implementing technology—it is about engaging people, improving processes and creating sustainable ways of working.

You bring:

- Strong knowledge of workforce planning, rostering, time and attendance and payroll processes
- Experience leading complex projects through design, implementation and go-live
- Strong stakeholder engagement, governance and risk management skills
- Experience with data migration, integrations, testing and payroll validation
- Excellent workshop facilitation, process design and documentation capability
- The ability to translate operational needs into effective system solutions
- Experience in aged care, healthcare, community services or another complex multi‑site environment will be highly regarded.
- Valid right to Work in Australia
Valid driver’s licence
Current National Police check/ NDIS check (or willingness to obtain)
