Biviano's Dural offers a sophisticated dining experience, featuring immaculate gardens, four exquisite event spaces, handcrafted menus, exceptional service, and an extensive wine list, all set in a stunning atmosphere. We are open seven days a week for lunch, dinner and high tea, and host a variety of events and weddings. Available Positions:
Casual & Part time Front of House
Candidates must be available for a minimum of Friday dinner, Saturday lunch and dinner, and Sunday lunch shifts. Weekday availability is a bonus. Industry award pay rates. Full-time positions / transition positions also available.

Candidate Requirements:
- A strong commitment to learning and personal growth.
- A current RSA certificate (or a willingness to obtain one).
- Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and the ability to work split shifts and double shifts.
- High standards of personal grooming and presentation.
- Excellent communication skills and a calm demeanor under pressure.
- An eye for detail, common sense, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, formal dining environment.
- Candidates must possess current Australian work rights.
