Ideal for an ambitious early-career accountant looking to fast-track their development towards a Financial Accountant role while receiving mentorship from qualified Chartered Accountants.
Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting our Australia and Asia Pacific finance operations. This is a hands-on, business-facing role that offers exposure across a broad range of accounting and finance activities, while working closely with both local and international teams.
You'll receive ongoing mentorship from qualified Chartered Accountants, regular career coaching, and opportunities to develop your technical accounting, reporting and commercial finance skills within a energetic global organisation.

What You’ll Do
- Prepare and maintain general ledger reconciliations
- Prepare and post journals as part of the month-end process
- Perform bank reconciliations and support cash management activities
- Prepare monthly overhead accruals
- Provide backup support to payroll activities
- Process intercompany invoices and support group accounting requirements
- Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable and receipting functions when required
- Support the year-end audit process and respond to audit requests
- Identify opportunities to improve financial controls, processes and systems
- Build strong relationships across finance teams and other business departments

- Experience working in a high-volume finance environment
- Exposure to month-end processes or general accounting activities
- Qualifications in Accounting, Commerce or a related discipline (completed or currently studying)
- Experience with accounting systems and strong Excel skills
