Casual / Subcontract Aluminium Boilermaker (MIG Welder)

Location: Slacks Creek, QLD

Hours: Approximately 2–3 days per week (flexible)

Superior Screens is an Australian manufacturer of premium aluminium privacy screens, fencing, gates and architectural screening products. We are looking for an experienced Aluminium Boilermaker / MIG Welder to join our production team on a part-time basis.

This role is ideal for someone looking for flexible work who takes pride in producing high-quality architectural products.

About the Role

You’ll be fabricating and MIG welding aluminium decorative screens, gates and related architectural products using quality equipment in a clean manufacturing workplace.

About You

You will have:

- Proven experience MIG welding aluminium
- Trade qualifications as a Boilermaker/Fabricator (preferred)
- High attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
- Ability to read workshop drawings
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and tidy work area

Subcontractors

Subcontractors must have:

- ABN
- Public Liability Insurance
- Income Protection Insurance
- All equipment and consumables provided
