Based in our modern Tanah Merah office, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, can confidently manage competing priorities, and takes pride in delivering outstanding service to customers.

About the Role

As a Claims Officer, you will play a key role in supporting customers throughout the warranty and insurance claims process. You will be responsible for assessing claims, managing claim-related correspondence, coordinating with repairers and customers, and ensuring claims are processed efficiently and accurately.

A significant part of this role involves managing a high-volume shared inbox, responding promptly to customer and stakeholder enquiries, and ensuring correspondence is prioritised appropriately.

Key Responsibilities

Assess and review warranty and insurance claims.

Manage and monitor the Claims Hub email inbox.

Liaise with customers, repairers, dealers and other stakeholders.

Obtain and review supporting documentation for claims.

Maintain accurate claim records and detailed file notes.

Assist customers with enquiries regarding claim status, coverage and documentation requirements.

Escalate complex or non-standard claims where required to the Assistant and/or National Claims Manager.





Ensure compliance with company procedures and industry requirements.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Claims team

About You

We are seeking someone who is highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

Strong administration and organisational skills.

Effective written and verbal communication skills.

The ability to efficiently prioritise and manage a high-volume workload.

Confidence managing email correspondence and customer enquiries.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.

The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team setting.

Desirable (but not essential)

Previous experience in insurance, warranty, claims or financial services.

Motor vehicle or automotive industry knowledge.

Experience reviewing policies, procedures or claims documentation

No weekend work – Monday to Friday hours, from 8:15 am to 5:15 pm.
