Synergie Australia is seeking a Call Centre Operator for a leader in environmental solutions located in Chullora
The important parts:
- Temp assignment – ongoing
- Monday to Friday – no WFH
- 9AM to 5PM or 8AM to 4PM
- $37.39 per hour + super
- ASAP Start
What you will be required to do:
The successful candidate will be answering high volume inbound calls whilst completing administration duties on multiple software’s.
- High volume calls – 30-60 calls a day
- Resident and commercial customers
- Dealing with enquiries: booking, kerb side collections residents, bin collection and bin maintenance
- Handling council contracts
To be successful in the role you will:
- 2+ years in a call centre environment
- Ability to multi-task and handle high volume calls
- Must be reliable and committed to attending work regularly.
- Dedicated to achieve KPIs
- Intermediate experience using Microsoft products – excel, outlook, word.
- Solid communication skills both written and verbal.
- Have working rights in Australia
- Have access to reliable transport and ability to get to work
- Demonstrate a positive attitude towards safety and its importance in every role.
