Stantec is seeking a talented Civil Engineering Graduate to join our Community Development team in NSW (Sydney, Wollongong, or Nowra). The two-year graduate development program provides hands-on experience, mentoring, and support to help you grow with confidence.

You'll work on flagship projects for local councils and private developers, with exposure to coordination, design, site visits, and construction-phase activities.
