Hopeful Hearts Supports is seeking compassionate Casual Disability Support Workers to join our growing team in Current South Wales, providing in-home and community support to NDIS participants and helping them achieve personal goals with dignity and choice.
You will assist with daily living, social activities, skill development, and documentation, while following individual support plans and organisational policies. A vehicle and WWCC/NDIS checks are part of the role.
