The Role
This is a fast‑paced, end‑to‑end operational role handling both air and sea freight. If you are a freight forwarding skilled looking to back yourself, develop your career, and step into a high‑functioning team, this is the move you’ve been waiting for.
What You’ll Do (End‑to‑End A‑Z)
- Import Operations: Manage FCL/LCL/Air shipments from pre-alerts and IĆ tracking to DAFF/IFIS clearance, cartage coordination, and final invoicing.
- Export Operations:
Handle everything from bookings, airline/shipping line liaison, and EDN submissions to generating draft Bills of Lading and managing compliance.
- Client & Agent Liaison: Act as the critical link between overseas agents, local transport operators, and our loyal customer base.
What You Bring
- Experience: 2–3+ years in international freight forwarding.
- Systems: Strong, hands‑on knowledge of CargoWise (CW1) is essential.
- Tools: Familiarity with IĆ and 1‑Stop platforms.
- Mindset: Highly organized, calm under pressure, and proactive about solving problems.
- Edge: Excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to top‑tier customer service.
