We’re seeking a Graduate or Early-Career Structural Engineer to join our Brisbane team and build expertise in forensic engineering and structural diagnostics.

What you’ll be doing
- Conduct site inspections to assess structural damage and defects
- Investigate causes of cracking, movement, and building failure
- Assist in structural analysis and engineering assessments
- Prepare clear, professional technical reports
- Contribute to design of remediation and strengthening solutions
- Liaise with clients, insurers, and industry stakeholders
About you
- Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (completed or near completion)
- Strong interest in forensic engineering or building diagnostics
- Curious, analytical, and detail-oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to spend time on-site as well as in the office
Highly regarded:
- Exposure to residential construction or site experience
- Understanding of Australian standards and building systems
